2 lbs.(slabs) baby back ribs
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
Cut the baby back ribs into sections of about 2-3 ribs per section.
Par-boil on a very low simmer for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees and slather the ribs in your favorite BBQ sauce. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and cook at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
After the ribs have been in the oven for about 30 minutes, heat an outdoor grill on medium (about 350 degrees).
Once the ribs have cooked in the oven for 45 minutes, remove them and slather another layer of BBQ sauce on them.
Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes, turning once. The ribs have already cooked fully but now you want to caramelize the BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
