One key thing I’ve learned over the years is to hunt down and purchase good quality olive oil. It’s worth the price because you can taste the difference. Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette
Healthy, light, lemon garlic vinaigrette recipe. Pairs well with green salads and Mediterranean dishes.

1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together until well blended.
Lemon garlic vinaigrette will stay fresh in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
