Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu with Stuffing

This Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu with Stuffing recipe is an easy comfort classic. Layer chicken breasts, ham, and cheese and top with cream of mushroom soup, then Stove Top Stuffing mix, and a bit of melted butter. Cook on low for 5 hours and you have an easy weeknight dinner. You can prep this in advance the night before and just pop it in the slow cooker the next day.

This recipe is versatile so feel free to adjust the ingredients to your taste. If you are not a fan of mushrooms, swap out the cream of mushroom soup for cream of chicken. If you love mushrooms, feel free to add fresh or sliced mushroom.

The same goes for the flavor of the Stove Top Stuffing. I recommend using the chicken flavor, the turkey flavor, or cornbread.

If you’d like to serve this with a side of veggies, I think asparagus or broccoli make a nice side.

NOTE: Store leftovers in a sealed, refrigerated container for up to 4 days. Leftovers reheat nicely in the microwave and made for great easy weekday lunches.
