Slow cooker crack chicken made with chicken breast, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and topped with scallions and bacon crumbles.  Easy weeknight dinner that is keto and low carb.



2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, cubed
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup diced, cooked bacon
1/2 cup chopped scallions (green part only)


  1. Layer the chicken breast in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle a packet of ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken. Top with cubed cream cheese.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  3. Using 2 forks, shred the cooked chicken, mixing it with the sauce. Add crumbled bacon and chopped scallions. Enjoy!


Slow cooker crack chicken will stay fresh in a refrigerated, sealed container for up to 4 days.
